Responsible planning. Environmental stewardship. Active citizens.

L.I.N.C.O.L.N. 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Charity is a community organization dedicated to preserving the unique rural character of Orange Park Acres through responsible planning, environmental stewardship, and active citizen involvement.

For generations, this community has been shaped by oak-shaded trails and a way of life built around horses, neighbors, and the land itself. We work to keep it that way — for the families who call OPA home today, and the ones who will tomorrow.

Every initiative we take on serves the land, the wildlife, the heritage, and the neighbors of Orange Park Acres.

Protect Our Land & Open Space

We advocate for the preservation of open space, natural resources, and the scenic views that define this valley.

Preserve Our Equestrian Heritage

We support the equestrian lifestyle and work to ensure future generations can enjoy OPA's trails and traditions.

Support Wildlife & Habitat

We work to protect wildlife corridors, mature oak trees, and the natural environment that sustains our community.

Empower Our Community

We inform, connect, and unite residents to promote responsible land use and protect the character of OPA.

The Milan Development Project

A proposal for 30 homes on 7.4 acres in the heart of Orange Park Acres. The initial study raised concerns over mature tree removal, equestrian access, wildlife habitat, and wildfire evacuation routes — so we read it, mapped it, and asked neighbors to weigh in.

Residents filled the community meeting, submitted written comments, and put their concerns in front of the City of Orange — the kind of grassroots response that shapes decisions about our neighborhood's future.

But the fight is far from over. Your participation is vital if we want to keep equestrian use on the Brandman Arena site, rather than having those acres be lost to OPA forever.
